Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance. Basic salary to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car with initial salary guarantee for 4 months followed by a lucrative productivity bonus scheme for a further 6 months as you build your pipeline. On target earnings to £55,000. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm and 9.00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week).
