In September 2022, we launched Further Education programmes for Built Environment. Using only the best resources and high-tech kit in the sector, you will have one of the most inspiring facilities to work in alongside outstanding academic support from across the sector. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated lecturer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of teaching electrical installations in an FE setting or an Electrician wanting to pass on their skills to the next generation. South Essex College Engineering and Construction department are looking to recruit technicians who hold a minimum of a L3 Technical Qualification in either of the following areas; • Electronics Engineering • Electrical Installation • General Mechanical Engineering • Motor Vehicle • Plumbing • Construction Trades - Carpentry, Bricklaying, P&D or a combination of the above Experience of operating and maintaining equipment, knowledge and experience of complying with and advising on health and safety legislation, policy and procedures and experience of stock control is essential.
