About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (on site weekend working & call out rota, plus out ofhours work as and when required to suit need of the business) The Carpenter / Fabric Technician plays a key role in the planned and reactive maintenance of a gradeone listed, historic building in central London and is responsible for the delivery of maintenanceservices to include but not limited to carpentry, decorative and general building fabric repairs andmaintenance.They will also play a key role in the provision services to a number of stakeholders including residentoffices, exhibitions and events. Responsibilities: Completion of PPM to all fabric elements of the building Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed Completion of ad-hoc fabric works including preparation of quotes for such work Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours Occasional report writing Observe and comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
