Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Fabric Technician, who are skilled in carpentry maintenance covering sites throughout the XXX area. JOB PURPOSE The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery and Planned Maintenance.
