Our client has a requirement for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing a high-quality service to clients, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build properties, and shared ownership transactions. Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication throughout the transaction to provide updates and guidance. Liaise effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers, solicitors, and other relevant third parties to facilitate the conveyancing process.
