An exciting opportunity to work for a globally renowned company to help implement the company's transformation program
Role Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse and document the appropriate business processes identifying opportunities to streamline activities and reduce duplication of effort/ manual rekeying
- Develop and implementation roadmap of approved transformational change activities which align with the wider technology changes which are scheduled to take place
- Act as a link between business and technology, able to offer solutions to business issues and guide in the correct use of the technology with particular focus on the tools.
- Coordinate all process work including leading process workshop with business stakeholders, drafting to processes and seeking feedback from key stakeholders
- Provide regular progress reports to the relevant governance and steering groups
Person Specification
Essential skills will include:
- Demonstratable in depth knowledge and experience of the insurance lifecycle. (Ideally to include sales, underwriting, fulfilment, back-end processing, finance, claims)
- Good understanding of data visualisation using Power BI,Tableau or similar
- A track record of bringing innovation to enhance process efficiency.
- Exposure to statistical methods including sampling.
- Strong analytical skills including SQL.
