Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance, PUWER and LOLER inspections to patient hoists, baths, beds, mattresses shower trolleys, changing plinths, scales, wheelchairs and other equipment including a weight test where appropriate
• Accurately Diagnose and complete repairs works
• Install new equipment such as floor mounted hoists
• Delivering relevant equipment training as required

The Candidate

The ideal Field Service Engineer will have:

• Experience in maintenance of equipment including LOLER & PUWER testing
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Basic plumbing skills
• Experience with Arjo products would be an advantage

The Package

• Monday to Friday
• Overnight stays required
• Paying £25,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience and skill
• Travel from home to site throughout UK, at varying times as required by work scheduled
• Van and fuel card provided
• Contributory pension scheme
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
