Job Description
We are working with a Chartered IFA in The City listed in the Top 10 Financial Advisers 2022 by FTAdviser, who is looking to recruit an Administrator to add to one of their top-performing adviser's pod.You will work directly with two Paraplanners and 1 Adviser who works with a large amount of high-net-worth clients. The team work very closely together and partake in lots of team and company wide socials, so team fit is key for this hire. Progression is available in the pod in the future when Paraplanners move up.They are looking for an experienced IFA / Financial Planning Administrator to step into the support role and be responsible for:
- Submitting new business internally and externally
- Monitoring 100% of client transactions
- Liaising with providers
- Meeting documentation prepration
- Supporting with client queries
- Creating management reports
- LOAs
- Using: Voyant/Cash Flow Planning/FE Analytics
