Part of dnata Group, dnata catering UK specialises in airline catering and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.
The Role
As HR Business Partner at dnata catering UK, you will work within the broader HR team and will partner senior business managers for our Central Support functions on a broad variety of HR related issues, with a strong ER focus. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will act as the key point of contact for our support teams. Your main focus will be on ensuring procedural compliance and managing risk. You will be reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner and will also work closely with the HR Director and wider HR team in the development and delivery of the people strategy in true business partner style. You will share knowledge with the wider team, acting as a mentor to support the development of fellow ambitious colleagues. You will be responsible for analysing HR metrics and utilising this data to drive progress and improvement. We are flexible on location but believe this would suit someone based in the Heathrow or Manchester area.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified at Level 7 and/ or with experience in a Business Partner/similar level role. You will have sound knowledge of ER issues and legislation with experience of successful management of complex ER cases. You will also have experience of working within a unionised and regulated environment. Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation is an essential requirement to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders. You will have a positive attitude to dealing with people related issues and a considered approached to problem-solving. You will also have the capability to work autonomously and as part of a team with the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships. Strong IT Skills, particularly word and excel is also essential.
