Senior Global HRIS Analyst
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Global HRIS Analyst to play a lead role on our rapidly expanding global team. The Senior Global HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our existing and new HCM platform driving employee experience globally. Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, implementing, and maintaining systems enhancements and integrations of HR related systems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
What you will do:
Perform system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates, collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade or fix.
Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders/partners.
Liaise HR and IT as well as 3rd party vendors; identifies and understands business processes and translates them into system functionality requirements. Provides guidance and information to business partners on system capabilities.
Ensure system integration functionality, including review of integration specifications and development suggestions, troubleshoot integration issues, execute system audits for validation and compliance, documenting effectively and escalating appropriately.
Provide production support as an escalation point including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system or integration issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities. Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions. Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions. Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Uses this data to ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
Who We Are Looking For: You
Strong experience in a HR Information Services (HRIS) or similar role with in-depth experience maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting various Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
Proficiency with Oracle EBS, Success Factors and/or Workday preferred
Demonstrated analytical thinker with ability to resolve problems, remove barriers, maintain a positive and inquisitive attitude with excellent follow through on issues
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate/translate technical concepts to business users and to communicate business needs to the technical teams.
