We are currently recruiting for a Static Building Services Engineer ( Electrical Bias ) to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at a site in London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

Servicing

Reactive

PPM's

General maintenance

Requirements:

NVQ in electrical or 18th edition

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Multi-skilled

Good communication skills
