Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Up to £60,000 - REF 261919TB
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have experience in Insolvency matters, negligence and professional negligence, breach of contract, construction disputes, landlord and tenant matters and enforcement of judgements.
The department of 20 staff is one of the strongest and largest Commercial Litigation teams in all of Essex.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support from Junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
The Candidate
• A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least five years PQE or equivalent
• Ability to network and business development outside of working hours if/when required
• Ability to handle own caseload without supervision
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
