Job Description

So, you're an administrator on the search for a new job. You have experience in property and event management but are struggling to find the right fit in the job market. How about an exciting role working in support of our Army customers? Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services

As a Land and Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Land & Property Team around the management of the Tenanted Estate.

You will also manage the periodic hiring of PAC Facilities to third parties and ensure safe and appropriate use (casual use).

This means you will be required to assist the Land & Property Manager in the development and drafting of casual use licences and lease administration for third party users across surplus facilities and the Tenanted Estate.

You will manage customer and stakeholder liaison regarding licensing services, and liaise with ADSL, Garrison Management Teams, and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation to co-ordinate bookings.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work calmly under pressure and tight deadlines, prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail, work proactively, and use initiative. This is a customer-focused role, so you should also be a good communicator, well organised and above all, a team player with the ability to manage all stakeholder expectations.

But first, meet the team

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

A shopping discounts scheme

Employee assistance and health and wellbeing check ins

Reward and recognition to celebrate outstanding achievements
