Contracts and Compliance Partner - Construction

Luton - Agile Working

£30,000-£35,000 per annum

Full Time, Permanent

We now have an opportunity for a Contracts and Compliance Partner to join the Property Team and lead on our compliance, voids and repairs scheduling.

The role

This is a challenging and exciting role for the right individual. You will oversee the voids and repair scheduling and be directly responsible for all compliance elements. You must be able to prepare processes and policies, prioritise workloads and provide monthly reports.

Communication and having good organisational skill are essential also your ability to deal with complex issues and budget management. You will be expected to prepare and manage capital programmes and ensure that all data is loaded on to our IT systems for audit purposes.

The post holder will develop a relationship this Squared contractors and support in future procurement expedites.

About you

With a business-related degree or equivalent experience which evidence the appropriate calibre for this post, you will have good working knowledge of building construction, building regulations and health and safety legislation.

You will have experience of managing change, creating a culture of continuous improvement and have the ability to manage and develop a team.

Commercially aware with strong business acumen (outcomes driven), you will be a problem solver and sound decision-maker with good communication and interpersonal skills/ You will also have excellent analytical, evaluation and influencing as well as being IT literate - Microsoft Office.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to hold a full driving licence.
