Marketing - Manager - Cloud - Strategy - SalesForce - Marketing Cloud

Senior Marketing Cloud Manager (Publishing) required by Global, well known Multimedia Publishing company, based in London with the ability to work 'Fully Remote' or work in the London office.

This is a newly created role that will be responsible for the setting up, launching and optimisation of Marketing Cloud globally. It will report into our Global Marketing team and will work closely with their regional marketing sales organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our global CRM capability and performance. You will be a Marketing Cloud expert who loves challenge. Initially this role will have 1 direct report, but they will look for this to grow as the role and the value it can add is established.

Key Accountabilities will be:

• Leadership of the global launch of Marketing Cloud
• Marketing Lead for global launch
• Define and coach regional marketing team of Marketing Cloud Best practice
• Building a winning marketing team

Skills and Knowledge required are as follows:

• Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Certified Email Specialist
• Demonstrable years (ideally 10+) of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target development skills
• Experience in implementing Marketing Cloud Automation's, Marketing Cloud Text (SMS), Push Notifications,Journey Builder
• Experience in implementing Marketing Cloud Connector for objects to sync data into a Data Extension in the Marketing Cloud
• Experience in Developing Reusable components in Marketing Cloud and setting up Triggered - Real Time emails and text notifications
• Experience with CSS and HTML for email creation
• Knowledge of basic SQL, including join statements
• Experience in Managing account configurations Configuring Roles and Business Units
• Exposure to Contact Builder, Audience Builder and Predictive intelligence (preferred)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create documentation for both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in creating custom Salesforce landing pages
• Experience with marketing of financial services/regulated products a plus
