JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Bracknell, Berkshire
SALARY: £30,000 - £38,400

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the business departments this ever-growing manufacturing company.
THE BUSINESS ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:
- Responsible for information gathering, analysis and business requirements definition for our Clients' Systems
- Participate in Change Management including raising Change Requests, liaising with external suppliers, assisting with test and release planning and updating the CM database
- Understand and document process flows within the business in order to identify potential efficiencies and suggest improvements, challenging business users where appropriate
- Assist in the creation and management of test plans which align with business requirements
- Defect management including analysis and raising of faults, prioritisation, liaison with external suppliers, test and release planning, and updating internal tool
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- A good understanding of analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in a concise and non-technical manner to business users
- Analytical and structured, able to listen and understand business needs and transform these into clear and effective requirements
- Graduate with experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the financial services or automotive sectors or with a consultancy practice
