IFS Functional Consultant - Project Modules

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months (Rolling) - £600 (InsideIR35)/Day

Key Essential Skills:

• Experience working in an Agile team environment, and with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• Knowledge of IFS or other ERP systems
• Hands-on experience of basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects eg: for Procure to Pay
• Functional understanding of followings in IFS ERP Environment
• Work Break Down Structure
• Cost Break Down Structure
• Critical Path
• Cost Variance
• Schedule Variance
• Work and Time Reporting
• Gantt Chart, Pert chart etc.

Desirable Skills:

• Present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating business cases
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Analyse business system specifications to define automated system requirements.

Overview:

• An exciting opportunity has opened for an IFS Functional Consultant to join us on a contract role with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be playing a key role within the implementation team as the focus is to work on a hosting platform in driving solution design, product configuration, customizations, testing, and implementation. You will need to hold the Hands-on experience of basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects eg: for Procure to Pay, ideally have worked with cloud technology preferably with Azure and have knowledge of IFS or other ERP systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support fit-gap analysis, design and development of enhancements leveraging IFS capabilities.
• Work with IFS on support cases to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
• Ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the IFS applications
• Monitor, manage, and respond to incidents reported through the ticketing system on a daily basis.
• Follow all GDPR, SOX and audit guidelines
