Location: Worcester
£17.72 Per hour (UMBRELLA)
£16.15 per hour PAYE premium

A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for a Mobile Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Worcester.
Requirements:
Experience of PC Support including good Windows 7/Windows 10 support essential, also Microsoft Office applications support experience is needed. Previous experience of supporting Bespoke customers software packages is required. Specific training will be provided but previous knowledge of supporting bespoke packages in a customer IT environment is essential. 2nd line deskside support at. W10/W7 OS experience 0365 experience HW break/fix IMACD, Experience of ticket management in Remedy system=m would be ideal.AD, SCCM and software installation. Must have excellent customer facing skills as this role is interfacing with trust staff at all levels Part of a team of 2 desktop 2nd line engineers. Worcester base but covering Redditch and Kidderminster plus several other local sites in Worcestershire.
