Head of Internal Communications, NSPCC
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annumThe NSPCC's purpose is to prevent cruelty to children across the UK and Channel Islands. We are currently recruiting for a new Head of Internal Communications to support us in our vision for all children having the best possible start in life.
The Head of Internal Communications will play a critical and exciting role in leading the development and delivery of our internal communications strategy, ensuring that we engage, inform, and inspire all of our People. The role will work closely with, and advise, the NSPCC Senior Leadership Team and Executive Board and lead a team of communication specialists. The Head of Internal Communications will work conduct regular analysis of organisational culture, challenge assumptions and build knowledge into communication strategies and plans. The role will champion a culture that recognises the importance of volunteer and employee voice and collaboration
This role would suit someone with significant operational and strategic experience, who is excited by the challenge of mobilising the NSPCC's internal communications function to ensure alignment and delivery with our strategic goals.
