A superb opportunity for a CFO to join an early stage company in the renewable energy sector, currently experiencing rapid year-on-year growth in the UK as they move from start up to the next phase. This is an exceptional opportunity to be in the exciting part of the start up phase and guide the company along their growth path.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the CEO and other board members/directors, the role would cover typical CFO responsibilities, taken with a very much "hands on" approach that would thrive in an exciting start up environment. Responsibilities would generally cover, but not be limited to:
- Generating future finance through fund raising rounds,
- Preparing board reports
- Creating, implementing and leading a full finance function across the organisation
- Strategic financial decisions
- Taking part in the cost analysis and structuring of future client alliances
IDEAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Be a Qualified / Chartered Accountant (FCCA / ACA )
- Series A / B fund raising experience is an advantage
- Experience or working in the renewable energy (or related) or technology sector (any) would be a preference but this is not essential
- Experience of working with a start-up or early stage company would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
SALARY:
Negotiable, c. £150,000
