Shift Manager Salary: £10.00 per hour.

Tasks will involve:

Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
Serving customers in our Cafe & Drive Thru and making world-class connections with them
"Making every moment right" for all our customers
Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly
Be responsible for supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals
Successfully delegate tasks, coach, and lead by example
Help your store partners make world class connections with the customers they see every day
Support with staffing, customer satisfaction and product quality

The ideal candidate for a Shift Manager will have:

Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
Previous experience of delivering high quality customer service
Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions
Someone who can listen and communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Someone who can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive

Requirements from you:

A positive outlook and can-do attitude
Confidence, passion, and be enthusiastic
Previous experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
