Interim Finance Director required for this investor backed SME manufacturing business. The business sells through several channels direct to consumers, through wholesale channels and e-commerce. My client requires an experienced, professional interim Finance Director who is very hands on and who can commit for three to six months until a new permanent replacement can be secured. The business is growing and profitable but like all businesses is feeling the effect of inflation and cost increases so needs to overhaul all contracts and costs across the business, from manufacturing, warehouses facilities and commercial contracts.This is a hybrid role, three days at least in an office and spending time between the London commercial, sales office, and the Midlands based manufacturing plant
