Associate Service Designer - inside IR35 Hybrid

We are seeking an Associate Service Designer the role is hybrid, based between 2 days a week onsite and the remainder of the week working remotely. The person we are looking for will have extensive experience with understanding user needs and assisting in designing services that meet them, you will be collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand user behavior and feedback.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the analysis of research findings, data, critical thinking and concept generation.
• Planning and assisting with workshops to drive actionable outcomes.
• Supporting as-is service design, analysing pain points within services, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in providing design solutions.
• Using prototyping methods to communicate ideas and concepts with users to encourage collaboration and iterative design processes.
• Contribute to building an open and collaborative culture within IDD and beyond the Directorate.
• Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government's diplomatic, development and consular work around the world.

ITIL Foundation is a desirable qualification for this role. Successful candidates will be expected to gain ITIL Foundation within their probation period.

This is also a flexible work from home options available (Hybrid) but some travel to our support centre will be required at times.
