Architectural Technician / Technologist

Our client, an architectural practice based in Uxbridge, West London are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. They are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on a range of residential, commercial, hotel, healthcare and industrial projects up to the value of around £7,000,000.

Our client is looking for a hardworking, motivated Architectural Technician / Technologist who can join the team and work with minimal supervision. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be working on small - medium scale newbuilds and refurbishments across a range of sectors right through from inception to completion. Daily responsibilities will include working on a number of different projects at one time, working on feasibility studies, producing technical drawings for projects and submitting planning applications. Good knowledge of buildings regulations is also essential for this positon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to work in a friendly and hard-working environment which also has a good opportunity for progression. Software knowledge that is needed for this position includes AutoCAD.

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview

• Produce technical details

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• 5 years'+ relevant experience within the industry
• Good analytical skills
• Live within a commutable distance of Uxbridge
• Good building regulations knowledge
• Highly motivated & team player
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Reliable and motivated individual
