Kinaxia Logistics are recruiting a Regional Management Accountant to join their finance team. The Regional Management Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and production of the business management accounts within the Logistics and Fulfilment Sector and to assist the Finance Directorwith the general development and growth of the department.

37.5 hours per week

About the job

Develop, prepare and produce management accounts and weekly transport/warehouse reports for each business, which are accurate and fit for purpose;
Continually review, and implement improved financial control procedures, systems and processes within each Accounts Department to ensure an effective and efficient service is being delivered;
Provide timely and accurate information / reports to enable the Senior Management Team and departments to make informed strategic and operational decisions, highlighting any areas of concern;
Assist in the annual statutory audit to certify that all processes, procedures and legislative requirements are being adhered to;
Assist with formulating budgets and forecasts to meet each business's and group financial and strategic targets;
Lead on the completion of all year-end procedures in accordance with legislative requirements and group processes;
Provide advice and analysis on operational efficiencies, potential projects and new contracts to ensure they are cost effective and within budget;

Your knowledge and experience:

Full or part qualified accountant
Both working and technical knowledge of accountancy and payroll systems preferably Sage 200
Preparing and producing management accounts
Supporting a management team with financial advice and strategic planning
Preparing and complying for statutory audits
Supporting the formulation of budgets and forecasts
