Are you looking to gain commercial experience within a leading procurement team? This FTC opportunity comes with a vast amount of exposure to outstanding coaching and development in the world of procurement and business allowing you to spring board your career in the world of Procurement or Data Analytics.

As Procurement Contract Analyst you will be supporting the Procurement Data and Contracts transformation, rectifying legacy issues following the SAP Ariba implementation. The focus will be on locating and uploading contracts into SAP Ariba, checking and correcting contract data in Ariba, alongside administering other procurement data and information. Within this role you will also get the opportunity to participate in supplier tender and reviews or in supporting Power BI development in our analytics department.

What will I be doing?
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing Ariba contract data entry, including reviewing and correction of historic data.
  • Administering the creation and management of Ariba contract workspaces
  • Coordinating and undertaking procurement spend analysis and taxonomy work
  • Performing monthly savings tracker checks
  • Coordinating across different spend categories
  • Administration of the Procurement risk register
What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience and aptitude of working with large amounts of data
  • Strong MS Excel and other Office 360 applications experience.
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Familiar with contracts such as structure/layout
  • Interested in gaining experience in data and/or procurement

Personal Characteristics:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
