Building Services Engineer required for our client, a M&E building Services company based in Dartford, who specialise in general building maintenance work throughout London & Kent. Our client are looking for a mobile engineer to join their expanding service & maintenance team.

The Engineer will be joining the maintenance team and will be expected to travel to sites such as Schools & Offices & will be expected to provide planned maintenance & reactive service work to Pumps, Motors, AHU's and other general building maintenance tasks. The Building Services Engineer will be expected to cover a site in Cobham, Surrey for the majority of their working week however, will be expected to be a mobile engineer throughout London & the Home Counties for the remainder.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar M&E maintenance background & will have experience within the facilities industry. The mobile engineer will be expected to hold Electrical & Mechanical qualifications including 18th Edition.

Multi Skilled Building services Engineer Position Requirements

• Experience performing ppm/service tasks in commercial buildings
• Additional skills from an FM background
• Living within a commutable distance of London and Kent
• 18th Edition
• Full UK Driving Licence

Multi Skilled Building services Engineer Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary £37,000-£42,000 DOE
• 40 hour week
• Overtime available - 1.5x/2x
• On call rota
• Fully expensed Company Vehicle, optional personal use
