Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEND) policy and provision in the school. Identify a pupil s SEND. Work with the principal and the Trust Inclusion Lead, to ensure the school meets its responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 in terms of reasonable adjustments and access arrangements. Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and co-ordination of specific provisions to support individual pupils with SEND (including EAL, or a disability) A more comprehensive list of the job responsibilities is detailed in the full Job Description and will be available on application after pre-screening What are we looking for?
