(Senior) Block Property Manager - London Bridge - up to £55k (Negotiable) - some home working

My client is a medium sized, fully independent boutique property management company specialising in Residential Block Management across London.

Priding themselves on relationship building, first name term contact with residents and directors and an almost forensic approach to details, they now seek a like-minded, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly (Senior) Block Property Manager to join their London Bridge based team ASAP.

Working part home based (after probation), suitable (Senior) Block Property Manager applicants will oversee a prized block portfolio (c500 units) all within a short commute of the office.

Suitable (Senior) Block Property Manager applicants will need to genuinely enjoy the block management lifestyle and have a real passion for customer service / doing things right.

Ideally, the suitable Block Property Manager will need experience of QUBE (or be generally tech savvy) and have at least 4+ years committed leasehold block management, ideally in an independent or quality focused environment with client exposure and the ability to oversee handovers of both phased new builds and demanding RMC's

Salary is up to £55k (negotiable on experience and qualification) to start with 20 days holiday (PLUS Christmas shut down) and excellent long term financial and career prospects.
