Our client is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will need to be driven, hungry for success and have a great level of resilience to work hard and get a demanding job done. Working for a specialist boutique recruitment firm as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will not just be put in front of a phone and told to dial - essentially being thrown in at the deep end - but given in-house, detailed, and experienced training from some of the best recruiters in the business.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be provided elite sales training to help you excel in the fast-paced social environment as well as provide you with great benefits such as:

• Monthly performance lunch clubs,
• Monthly socials and meals are all paid for such as flight club, go karting, theatre, and sports events.
• Incentive holiday trips to places like Barbados, Las Vegas or Skiing in the Alps.

Reasons for joining this company as a recruitment consultant

• Huge commission - up to 40% uncapped commission for all levels within the company

o 23,000- 30,000 + OTE = 45K in first year

o 25,000- 35,000 + OTE = 70K -80K in Second year

o 30,000- 40,000 + OTE = 100K - 120K Third year onwards

• Fast progression- This is a meritocratic role and you will be in control of your progression through the work you put in.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Networking
• Advertising
• Screening candidates and cold calling clients
• Linkedin specialist marketing
• Building relationships and communicating with both Clients and Candidates

Working hours:

o 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday

o 9am - 4pm Friday

o Work from home 2 days per week.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A 2:1 or higher from a top university
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
• Outgoing individuals with strong communication skills that can build relationships with ease
• Hard working individual with a hunger and drive to earn money
• A proactive individual whom has taken part in sports or cultural teams and shows a competitive nature and team spirit.
