We are delighted to be supporting a global technology company and pioneer of scientific optics across multiple industries, with the appointment of an experienced and customer focused Field Service Engineer.

As the Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Repairing, installing and servicing all medical technology equipment and software solutions
Accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to equipment, software applications, networks, servers, cloud-based technology and solutions
Communicating effectively with 2nd level support to ensure issues are reported effectively and resolved quickly
Helping to achieve continual improvements in key service performance indicators

Based in the Basingstoke area, with travel to support customers across the South of England.
