IT Systems Administrator - Windows Server, Linux, Networking

Salary circa 50k - onsite role in Preston

This is a unique opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator to join an established IT department.

The company are looking for a talented individual with experience of supporting Windows Server, Linux, Office 365/Cloud Administration environment. You will join a support team who take pride in their role

The role:

You will be responsible for organising, installing and supporting our IT systems across the key areas of retail, wholesale and manufacturing.

You will also take responsibility for:

Installing and configuring hardware and networks

Installing maintaining software

Ensuring security through access controls, backups and Firewalls

Building technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

A Few Things About You

It is essential that you have Windows and Linux systems administration experience, basic network experience and are willing to work on site as part of a larger IT team.

Redhat/Centos Linux

Scripting and programming (PowerShell/python/Perl/PHP/Bash)

Git or other version control systems
