On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for an Administrative Assistant ?for a? 6 month?contract based in?Glasgow 2 or 3 days per week and the rest at home.

Job Description - The Role

Providing administrative support to the Legal Structured Securities Team. The requirement is due to heavy workload in the team - you will be supporting lawyers and other stakeholders in the business as part of the wider administration team. This is a fast paced, volume heavy, detail-oriented role.As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Mailbox management, including forwarding queries and responding to emails directly where appropriate.
  • Support on pre-issuance process which encompasses the creation of folders for all new trades on SharePoint and ensuring the team's worklog is up to date.
  • Supporting execution of documents, updates and filing.
  • Deal management and co-ordination of deals, document preparation and deal allocation.
  • Bringing innovation & leading on initiatives/projects.
  • Dealing with general enquiries.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills from a volume heavy and fast paced environment.
  • IT literate in MS Office and SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, professional and confident personality with strong attention to detail.
  • A corporate role model in terms of integrity & ethics - someone who acts with discipline and high ethical standards.
  • In-house systems knowledge is preferred although 2 weeks of training will be provided. In-house systems include Basware, Tymetrix, Concur, CWT, SailPoint and MyPortal.
