About the site

Telford is our nuts and dried fruit facility based in Shropshire, producing a range of snacks and cereals for Asda stores. There are a number of support roles on site with the majority of colleagues working within our operation.

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the IPL team at our IPL Telford site.

Receipt of raw materials on to IPL system and printing labels
Receipt of finished goods on to IPL system and allocation of customer orders
Run jobs for processed materials from third party processors
Process finished goods movements on IPL systems
Set-up of future production jobs on IPL system
Management of cost-cubes with Accounts to ensure auto-charges are correct
Checking and processing all supplier invoices received, managing queries as required
Raising and receipting expense POs on IPL system
Management of inbound container schedule and updating of IPL systems
Reconciliation of 3rd party stocks
Maintain the communication link between buyers, planners, suppliers, 3rd parties, accounts and operations.

The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Skills and experience required for the role:

Competent in MS Office applications
Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageous
Previous experience of managing invoices
Flexible approach to workload and tasks
Keen eye for detail required
Experience of working to deadlines
Resourceful nature with logical approach to solving problems
