Water is essential to life, so our business is always open.Job Purpose Summary:Leading and developing a team of technicians to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance across a defined geographical area.What you'll be doing1. Manage a field operations team to meet operational performance and customer service targets.2. Develop and implement continuous improvements to optimise operational performance and customer service.3. Fully own and resolve customer complaints relating to the relevant geographical area. Build relationships with key account customers.4. Lead and develop the team members by setting measurable goals and promoting a culture of engagement and motivation.What you should bring to the role.
