Reporting to the UK CEO (with a dotted line to the Group General Counsel), the General Counsel will be working closely with the company's Senior Management and Directors. This role will ensure the protection of commercial relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners, advising on a wide range of commercial, legal and strategic operations of the company.
Ideal applicants will have proven exposure to commercial and corporate work in private practice or in-house, exposure to telecommunications and property experience, and experience drafting and negotiating large scale construction procurement for government or semi-governmental instrumentalities. The applicant will also have some experience in company secretarial duties and corporate governance.
