SEN Cover Supervisor - Bromsgrove A Cover Supervisor is required in an all through specialist school in Bromsgrove as soon as possible on an ongoing basis to manage a classroom of pupils while enabling a constructive learning environment. The students at the school have varying learning needs such as MLD, SLD, SEMH and Complex Needs and range from Nursery - Post 16. You will have experience working in a Special Needs setting as either a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or Teacher. You will be expected to; Deliver work that is already set by the class teacher Collect work after each lesson Provide feedback where appropriate Manage behaviour in the classroom with support of teaching assistants Working as a Cover Supervisor is an ideal way of building on past school experience for those looking to gain a career in the education sector or go on to complete Teacher Training.
