Foot Mobile M&E Engineer- £40,000 - London + TC
Are you a Building Services Engineer/M&E Engineer looking for a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for a Foot mobile M&E/Building Services Engineer ( Mechanical Bias ) to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at a site in London.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities of M&E Engineer:
Servicing
Reactive
PPM's
General maintenance
Hours of Work & Package Information:
Basic Salary £40,000 depending on experience
Travel Card zones 1-3
Overtime available
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full company uniform
Pension
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
