This global alternative asset manager is looking to appoint a fund structuring lawyer to its EMEA Structuring team in London.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including fund structuring, negotiations relating to pooled funds, co-investment funds, segregated mandates, and other structures.
Working as part of a collegiate team you will also support the business on marketing and sales matters.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 5 years' PQE advising on real estate, private equity and debt funds. In-House experience gained via a secondment would be a plus.
This role would suit a technically strong lawyer from private practice looking for their first move In-House or a lawyer already at an asset manager looking for the next step-up in their career.
