This is an exciting time to join us as Undergraduate Recruitment and Employability Officer as we're aiming to ensure that our student recruitment and marketing activities continue to meet the needs of our business.

You will work alongside global colleagues to design and deliver an early careers strategy with universities, colleges and schools in the UK, Germany, US, Singapore and other entities across the Asia Pacific region. You will be organising recruitment, communicating attraction messages and gaining internal support to ensure all early careers programmes are positively and authentically delivered.

Building and maintaining trustful relationships with business schools, universities and career services to build employer brand presence
Delivering content in line with the company's brand identity across various media to execute targeted marketing campaigns
Driving and improving our brand awareness across locations to seek interest with the younger audience, ensuring the RWE(ST) early careers brand is 'always switched on'
Conducting market research and strategy formulation for university events and activities
Being an advocate within the early careers community to successfully turn engagement into positive branding
Managing of events both externally (on-campus / virtual engagement activities) and internally (networking and development events) to promote RWE(ST) early careers
Take ownership in different recruitment projects like interview quality, candidate experience and diversity & inclusion
Delivery of our early careers strategy including attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, development and programme management alongside global colleagues
Support the wider Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting and Early Careers team in delivering our strategic aims across early careers, recruiting, marketing and HR topics

Your powerful skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to seek and build trustful relationships and collaborations
Keen understanding and willingness of marketing principles, analytics, market segmentation, target marketing strategies, tactical execution and brand positioning
Commitment to grow as a true brand ambassador to support the RWE(ST) business
Personality style that is positive, enthusiastic, transparent and confident
Full of curiosity & having passion for early careers
Experience with quantitative analysis and research
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energized and quickly changing environment
Desire to continuously learn and grow in your expertise to ensure RWE(ST) remains competitive in this field and continuously improves
