Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Margam Deerand lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Margam Deer is a wonderful family friendly pub , it has a large central bar, Carvery deck, children's play area inside and children's playground to the exterior of the pub. Plenty of space with 168 covers in one sitting. Large spacious kitchen. Spacious beer garden to the right of the building with an undercover area .

Looking for a strong Pub operator with experience of high volume sites , a General manager that demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset that is able to maximise revenue streams through engaging with the community.
