Interim Deputy Director of Workforce

MLC Partners are working with an NHS Trust in London who are looking to recruit an Interim Deputy Director of Workforce for an initial 3-6 month contract.

This role will work closely with the Director of People, supporting them in running the operational HR function for the Trust.

This role will support the development and management of a comprehensive workforce service to the Trust, providing leadership to the wider team. This is an operational role, so you must be prepared to lead of some of the BAU HR services as well as overseeing the teams delivering the services.

• Have experience of working at a Senior level within HR Be a credible leader Have NHS experience Be an excellent stakeholder manager

This role will require someone to be on site for 3 days per week and is considered inside IR35.
