Are you a qualified plumber? Experience working within commercial environments? Looking for a New Challenge? Are you immediately available?

My client are a Medium sized Maintenance provider who are seeking a qualified maintenance plumber to join a team on a large commercial site based near Reading. This is a maintenance role working as part of a team to carry out all ppms, breakdowns and reactive mechanical / Plumbing tasks on site. This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional OT and Call out.

Package will include:

  • Competitive Starting Salary £38k

  • No call out

Duties will include:

  • Reactive and planned maintenance and additional works including mechanical and plumbing,
  • Mechanical maintenance including: commercial plumbing, pumps, taps, TMVs, blockages, HVAC, pressurisation units, unvented water heaters, cold water systems, boilers, AHUs
  • Completing paperwork required within the role including updated log books and job sheets
  • Carrying out additional training as and when required
  • Participating in other duties when required including minor fabric and electrical tasks

The Ideal Candidate will need:

  • Strong background in mechanical maintenance and plumbing within commercial environments
  • A formal qualification in a mechanical discipline is essential - such as City & Guilds Plumbing or HVAC
  • Must have a solid reactive maintenance background but also be comfortable with additional works
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Ability to Start ASAP
