Description
As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the L&D team to develop and deliver training programmes and workshops
- Reviewing training materials to make sure they are up to date with current laws
- Recording training information in a database/spreadsheet to keep up with employee progress
- Liaising with managers to ensure training is completed when and where is needed
- Preparing training reports and monitoring outcomes
