Role: Progress Coach Location: Greater Manchester Type: Full time temporary Rate: £15.00 - £16 per hour Eden Brown are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Progress Coach/Tutor on behalf of a leading Sixth Form College in Greater Manchester. This role will be based in the Sixth form supporting Students that are studying for their A Levels. This is due to start 3rd January and will be for a minimum of 1 month. The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have: Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting Knowledge of UCAS Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities A current DBS is also required.
