Senior Property Solicitor - Bucks

We are seeking a Senior Property Solicitor to lead a small team in all Residential Conveyancing matters, as well as developing and improving processes to reduce risk and increase financials. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to move your career forward in a highly accredited private practice with multiple offices who have seen growth due to their quality of service and reputation.

Managing your own caseload, with support you will liaise with clients, agents and lenders on all matters to include:

• Purchases and sales
• Leasehold and freehold
• Buy to Let
• Help to Buy
• Right to Buy
• Remortgages
• New builds

Requirements:

• 6+ years PQE
• People management
• Experienced in managing your own busy caseload
• Enjoy networking, marketing and business development
