Working within the greater development team, you will typically be involved with high-profile acquisitions and disposals, with the standard deal circa £10million. Acting on behalf large residential developers, city centre funds, and local authorities; 60% of your work will be on Greenfield and Brownfield projects, and 40% on town centre projects.
The role is very client-facing, and will see you regularly attend formal and casual events with current and prospective clients.
