You will join our Operations organization where you will have an important role in preparing our new employees for the forthcoming projects.
In Offshore Service Resources (OSR), we provide resources across the business to areas such as upgrades, main components, blade service and the service organisation. Early Recruitment is also part of OSR, this function is to recruit and train a team of Service Technicians and Service Supervisors. Once the team is fully operational and has gained experience working on offshore turbines, we hand them over to their Service site.
Responsibilities
- You will be hiring, onboarding, overseeing, training and developing a team of Service Technicians and Service Supervisors in general. You will allocate qualified and motivated competencies to service sites according to project specifications and ensure that your Service Technicians and Service Supervisors understand and commit to the department's overall agenda.
- Motivate your employees and secure work-life balance, whilst implementing various projects
- Ensure trained resources for service execution according to internal procedures and country-specific demands and within your annual budget
- People management, e.g. conducting regular 1:1 meetings and preparing individual development plans
- Execution of HR processes, e.g. People Review, Merit, Motivation and Performance Dialogue
- Ensure close partnership with service teams/site management and service management to ensure fulfillment of project demands with correct competencies, experience and training
- Support with management-related tasks, including creating processes and procedures
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region

- Coach and develop the individual team members and constantly working on improving their competencies
