Corporate Lawyer - Senior Associate
Our clients are a respected Central London practice (WC2). They have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Associate in their Corporate team.
You will be an experienced UK Corporate Lawyer who will be able to run M&A transactions independently both on sale and acquisition dealing with all types of structure (earn-outs, loan notes, share-for-share) - ideally having worked on variety of deals with in the £10-50m range.
You will need solid general corporate experience in undertaking corporate reorganisations, M&A, demergers, advising on corporate governance issues, drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association etc. Private Equity transactions experience would be ideal, as would experience of finance transactions (drafting security documents, negotiating facility agreements) and option scheme documents, EMI etc.
