Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Fire Sprinkler Installation

Salary/Package - £50,000 - £60,000 basic + Benefits Package

Location - London

Permanent Position

Our client is an established LPCB Level 4 accredited business who specialise in commercial fire sprinkler installations throughout the South East of the UK. They require a Junior, Intermediate OR industry experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London/South East.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Run cost analysis of fire sprinkler installation work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
• Assist and communicate health & safety obligations.
• Identify commercial risks and assist develop suitable responses.
• Prepare tender and contract documents for the sprinkler works.
• Select subcontractors and the agree the scope of services/allocate works.
• Observe and make sure costs are closely monitored throughout the project.
• Pinpoint risks surrounding the project and cost modifications.
• Track and maintain budget management.
• Analyse, produce, and present reports as required.
• Liaise between all managers, site managers, subcontracts, and site team.

Essential Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years Fire Sprinkler Installation industry experience
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification quantity surveying experience
• Full UK Drivers Licence
